Private Parties and Field Trips

All barn parties are booked in advance so please call or email for availability.

Children's Birthday Parties (May-Sept pricing)

Our children's birthday parties are reserved in 2-hour time slots. These time slots include the use of our Party Barn (see picture above) equipped with bathrooms, tables, chairs, outlets, and refrigerator. The feeding and viewing of our petting farm animals is included in the party along with a half-hour hayride. Pony rides can be added for an additional fee.

Pricing for these parties are as follows:

$9 per PERSON with $180 minimum (in other words, that's a minimum of 20 people).

Example 1 — If you have 6 kids and 7 adults, that's only a total of 13 people and you will be charged the minimum or $180.

Example 2 — If you have 15 kids and 15 adults, that's 30 people! Therefore, 30 x $9 = $270. To clarify, every person attending the party will be charged including parents/adults.

Please remember these are meant to be children's parties; not family reunions.

Ponies are $10/pony for 20 minutes. A typical party for 2 hours that includes 2 ponies and 20 or less people would be $200. Any party with more than 20 people will be $9/person.

Time slots are typically 11am-1pm, 1:30-3:30pm, and 4-6pm.

Childrens Parties October

Apply all the same principles from above simpley changing price to $10/ person. This additional $1 includes small pumpkin for each child among many additional fall activities during this season.

We also have many farm animals displayed for our private parties that are free to view! And they all love to be fed (25 cents for feed).

Adult Parties

The Party Barn may be reserved from 7pm until midnight for a $500 minimum with up to 50 people. Hayrides and bonfires are included. For smaller groups who just want a hayride and bonfire cost is $10/person with a 20 person minimum.

October Parties

To book private parties in October, remember to call early as times book up quickly! We also offer bonfires and night-time hayrides for October parties. Call for prices and availability.

Field Trips

Please call or email to schedule a Field Trip. The group size and date can affect the pricing.

Invitations

We have two invitations available for download (Rf images on left). These files are PDFs so you will need an application like Adobe® Reader® or Apple's Preview to view and print them.

To download an invitation, right click on the image and select "Save Target As..." (or "Save Link As..."). Once it is downloaded to your computer, you can print it.
